Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using "Blockify - Fraud IP Blocker" (the "App") provided by "Omegatheme" or "Omega" ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, the user ("you", "your", or "yours") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License and App Usage

1.1. Grant of License: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or business purposes.

1.2. Restrictions: You may not:

a) Reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, sell, transmit, display, exploit, or create derivative works of the App or any portion thereof without our prior written consent.

b) Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

c) Use the App to transmit any viruses, worms, or other malicious code.

d) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or attempt to derive its source code.

e) Interfere with or disrupt the functionality or security of the App or its servers.

1.3. Account: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any activities conducted through your account. You agree to promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or breach of security.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1. Ownership: All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, copyrights, and other proprietary information related to the App, is owned by us or our licensors.

Upon termination, your license to use the App shall cease, and you must immediately cease all access and use of the App.
